The Mentally Shredded Foundation is a nonprofit focused on advocacy and preventative care by blending mental and physical wellness. Through movement-based therapy, immersive resets, and storytelling, we raise awareness, build resilience, and reduce burnout. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to take proactive steps toward mental well-being.
