Central Oregon Disability Support Network

Central Oregon Disability Support Network (CODSN) is a peer-led nonprofit supporting children and youth with disabilities and their families across eight rural Oregon counties. For over 21 years, our mission has been to connect families with resources, training, and support so they can navigate disability systems from birth through age 26 and build strong, healthy, and inclusive futures. We provide culturally responsive parent-to-parent support, community education, family events, peer support in English and Spanish, navigation assistance for medical, developmental, and education systems, and disability awareness training across communities and organizations. CODSN prioritizes rural and frontier communities where families face barriers including transportation, lack of specialists, limited internet access, and social isolation. We currently support over 4300 families.
